in the required information by Monday September 3rd
in order to be considered for media passes. Please
note that each press pass request is carefully considered
and reviewed, but unfortunately not all can be granted.
NOTE: Before you
email or mail in your request for press credentials for Earthdance
Laytonville please make sure that you meet the criteria
as described below for your media category.

RADIO:
If you are a radio DJ and would like to be considered
for media passes for this years Festival please contact me
and let me know when we can schedule an interview on your
show. In order to get the word out we need as much radio promotion
as possible. If you have already been promoting Earthdance
please send in a copy of your most recent radio show in which
you promoted this years festival. Please also let us know
the name of your radio show and what day(s) and time(s) it
airs as well as the contact information for the radio station
and program director.
PRESS:
If you are a news journalist and would like to be considered
for media passes for this years Festival we need to have a
story in advance of the show if possible. Please let us know
what the approximate date(s) Earthdance coverage will run.
If you are a freelance writer and will be doing a review of
the show please supply us with the name of the publication,
your contact information as well as the contact information
for the publication and its editor. Please also let us know
what the approximate date(s) Earthdance coverage will run.
TELEVISION:
If you are a television journalist and would like to be considered
for media passes for this years Festival please let us know
what the approximate air date(s) will be, the name of the
show, as well as contact information for the station and news/entertainment
director.
IMPORTANT
PLEASE NOTE:
If you do not send in all of the required information, or
meet the specified criteria, by the due date of Monday
Sept 3rd your request will not be considered for
media passes.

the wonderful media people that were granted passes last year
please remember that we MUST receive a copy of your magazine,
newspaper, radio show cassette, or video taped segment showing
your work promoting EARTHDANCE 2006, as agreed upon. As always,
it is our priority to include those of you that have helped
us promote EARTHDANCE in the past. Your positive promotional
help is a great part of our success. ~~
